Expected transit times (after production of your item(s)):

Airmail via Royal Mail:
• USA and Canada: 5-7 working days
• Europe: 3-5 working days

UK only:
• First class: 1-2 working days
• Second class: 2-5 working days
• Standard Parcels 3-5 working days- via Royal Mail
• Next Day Delivery – next working day

We will normally dispatch your order to you within 5 working days.

All orders are inclusive of 20% VAT and included in your order prices.

All orders from our site are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through PayPal using 128 bit encryption.

You will enter your credit card number in a very secure environment- your browser will clearly indicate this and the website address prefix will change to “https://” (please note the “s” which means SECURE).

Sporran Keyrings do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to:

• keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item
• store delivery addresses if the address book is used

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

From the date of shipment, you have 30 days to evaluate your purchase. Provided it has not been damaged, used or worn (other than to try on for size) and no labels have been removed, you may return it in its original, undamaged packaging for a full refund or exchange.

We will refund shipping charges only if the goods are in some way faulty.

Above applies to all goods except those made-to-order which will be refunded or exchanged only if defective. This does not affect your legal rights.
